Aika online is one of the more popular free to play MMO's in Korea right now for many reasons. The game has very stunning graphics along with a enjoyable system. Like any other MMO's out there it plays the same like the other ones but it is unique in it's own way with the daughter system.

There are a lot of English players that play this game but of course the rule we must not forget is never speak English in public! Haha~ Anyway there is an English patch for this game that is going along very nicely you can thank Climbatiz and Nzrock for that if you end up using it. Now on to the review!

I'm not one to compared games but this game reminds me of Prius Online with the whole daughter as a pet system. But they are both good in their own way but if I had to pick one in terms with PvP and more serious gameplay Aika online has won me over since I am the type that likes enjoys large scale battles.
Daughter Nymph System
There are a total of six characters to pick from which are Warrior, Crusader, Sniper, Dual Gunner, Night Magician, and Priest. In this review I picked the Priest character since I am big fan of healing and it is always fun to party with other people. Oh and also the fact that she was the cutest character out all of them all! Each class is gender limited so you may or may find that annoying for those people who are really picky with characters. I didn't mind it to much since it is pretty normal for Korean games now a days. Ah before I forget if you see a enter pin number screen make sure you remember what you input and input it twice in a row since that will be your extra security password!

Steparu's Priest!
You start in a town called Regenschein which is where everyone mostly is at so you may lag at first if it's your first time here since the characters bazaars are right where you pop up. The town is pretty big and should have everything you need for the lower tier levels. Questing in this game is relatively pretty easy and simple. Kill "x" amount, collect "x" amount, harvest "x" material, and etc. All you have to do is match Korean letters and stuff! The quests displays all areas, monsters, locations, and npc's in different text colors so that should help you a lot if you have trouble understanding Korean.
Town Preview
Leveling is pretty normal not too grindy not too easy but there are certain levels in which might have you thinking that this game is grindy. Then there are levels like 14-16 that makes you think leveling is easy. I said 14-16 because there is certain area in Wastelands in which you can do a repeatable quest for 1000 exp. Join a random full party you can just spam this quest over and over which is really amazing exp! You can either exp inside dungeons or in open fields but exping outside seems better for now atleast. There are always a couple quests you can do everytime you level up so you aren't forced to grind your whole level like some games!
Mobs are huge!
The one thing I like the most about this game is the daughter system. Think of it as your own personal cheerleader but they can help you out by giving buffs and other things. They evolve or grow up however you see it fit the more you level them up. But they don't just grown up magicaly you have to do certain quests for like evolving your fairy to a pran daughter. You must find a holy water and bring it back to the quest person. Then you can finaly dress her up and do anything you wish with her... well I guess not almost anything. Interacting with them when they want to talk and feeding them when they are hungry may sound like a lot of work but they don't bother you as often as you think. The bad thing about this system for me is I don't really want them to get any bigger than me since they don't look cute at all but oh well!
My own little girl ^_^/
The PvP in this system is world wide so you better watch out where you go AFK haha! And it doesn't seem like you can turn off PvP though I haven't thoroughly checked it. It didn't matter much for me since I am a Priest anyone who tried to kill gave up because I just kept on healing myself. Then there are those large scale battles for those PvP maniacs :3!
The game has nice items you can upgrade your weapons to make it glow. The big problem most players are facing here is if you npc everything you pick up you will have money problems. It is extremely hard to make money in this game is you aren't doing all the quests for reward money. The skill system is pretty normal no long tree's or anything and it's impossible to mess up since there is skill reset for in game gold. You can just learn everything or specific skills that will help you level up faster and reset to a different spec later.
