There has been a huge amount of music games poping out in the video game industry specialy in Korea. From normal dancing game to crazy rhythm types or a mix of everything. Ez2On by Retro Games, published by Uplay online is one of the more popular music rhythm type of games right now. Ez2On music has a huge varierty of song selections that you can pick from approximitely over 130.
Game Modes!
I had my doubts for this game when I first tried it since the graphics weren't all that and the gameplay resembled a lot of other games. So I decided to give it a go and well... I played all the songs that was available until I couldn't play anymore haha. LIke every other game my music playing skills is intermediate or noobish so don't expect something crazy button mashing. When you first run the game you are brought to the intro screen in which you pick what kind of style suits your taste. You get Ruby Mix 4key, Street Mix 5key and Club Mix 6key and unlock an 8key later from what I heard. The controls are customizable to any type you like to any key on your keyboard you wish to bind it too. For those of you who are used to the Arcade style they give you a free skin that changes your skin layout to arcade style. I didn't end up using this skin because I was to used Popstage controls.
Gameplay Video 01
The game system mechanics with songs is a little different in this game compared to most games you play. I hated it at first but then it made me realize that's what keeps this game still alive. You start the game with 3 DJ Points per songs. After you play the song 3 times you can't play the song timer resets the next day usually early morning Korea. There are options in the cash shop so you can get more DJ Points but that is not necessary for players who wish to enjoy this game without using cash shop. As you level up and play more you accumulate extra DJ points which you can add to your favorite songs. For example I had 2 Extra DJ Points. I used them both on the song Holic so now I can play this song for a total of 5 times a day. Neat!

Ez 2 On has wide variety of music selection that you can pick from ranging from Rap, Hip Hop, Jazz, Pop, Trance, House, and etc. The songs are organized into 7 differen't sections Simple, Light, Usually, Heavy, Maniac, Remix, Special. They are organized based on their song difficulty and mood of the music. Most of my favorite songs are in the Heavy, Maniac, Remix, and Light section. You also unlock special songs which are categorized as premium songs the only to unlock these songs is by leveling up.
