Continent of the Ninth Shaman

main Steparu.com bringing you the latest news on Continent of the Ninth another video has been released. Alas C9 players can now rejoice in finally seeing the Shaman in full action PvE and PvP. The developers did great a job in making sure the Shaman class is not to flimsy ingame. Continent of the Ninth is scheduled for Pre-Open Beta on August 14, 2009 hope you got your account ready.

Shaman PvE and PvP Gameplay

Speculating from that video the Shaman class seems to be a very overpowered class having a wide range of splash damage, AoE spells, teleport, and super agility speed. The Shamy looks like an untouchable class if played correctly with all those , which is the right class for me. I will definitely be playing the Shaman class when it comes out.

It makes perfect sense. Why would you want foreign players who probably can't speak Korean to connect to your beta's? (It's not like we can provide any feedback, which is the purpose of a beta. Plus we're eating their bandwidth which they have to pay for). Also if foreign users can access the game they wouldn't make any money from licensing games to game companies or game portal sites, since people would already have well established characters and probably wouldn't want to start over. Not to mention they probably use the information to generate demographic reports. (Y'know, like the survey's we get with games or are prompted to take online). At the end of the game it's all about business.
