Metal Rage Preview

Let me lighten up your guys day first by giving you good news that this game will going Open Beta phase this month at January 13th(12th for us) 2009. Yup, you got that right! GameHi the makers Sudden Attack and Dekaron has recently announced that their game is almost ready for it's final testing phases. As CB testing is getting near I have recorded a couple videos for you guys along with official videos that will be shown in this article. But before you go around reading this I suggest that you go ahead and register an account with www.netmarble.net so when OB starts you are ready for some fast paced mecha action!

There are a total of eight units in Metal Rage. You're probably wondering if you can custom your unit like some other games with special armor parts but sorry to break it down to ya you can't do that yet. As far as for customizing there are a wide variety of weapons, add-on like boosters, and extensions for each unit that will satisfy any mecha players needs. I hope they add plate customization in the later patches but I must not get too greedy now! The first video below will show you a preview weapon customization and what the shop hangar looks like. Wondering what the default weapons are for these crazy baddies? Then you're just lucky because I recorded the tutorial for each unit check out the video right below the shop one!

There are a couple of game modes that should keep all you guys trigger happy ranging from Team Death Match, Capture the Point, Capture the Orb(Flag), Build an Antenna(Like Counter-Strike), Boss Mission, and Sudden Death! So many modes to pick from that every FPS lover will definitely find that fits their mood and style. I could go around explaining in detail what each mode is but most of it all self-explanatory specialy if you are a hardcore FPS'er! But some of you are still probably lost that's why I have prepared a video for you guys to get you pump up and ready for OB!
