Le Ciel Bleu published by Userjoy Japan and NHN Japan will be in Open Beta phase starting today. LCB is a MMORPG where your characters head is bigger than their whole body! In others words cute chibi styled characters. When I first watched the video, it reminded me of Talesweaver except a lot better since there is a Maid/Butler class. Let's hope Japan does not IP block players outside of Japan for this game, since this looks like a fun game to try out!
