Sadly to say Mabinogi Heroes Online game rating has changed. It will no longer be 15+ but 18+ which puts it in the category of adult online games. According to the original article by THISISGAME.COM a Korean source, that it will start taking in affect on the next Mabinogi Heroes Online testing phase. Do you think this is a good idea for Nexon and Devcat? They say that they will be able to bring the game to it's full potential when it is adult and above. Personally I think it is a great idea if it can enchance the game more. Though they will lose a lot of players compared to other games like Continent of the Ninth which is 15+ Rating.
Then again Nexon does have a magic card up their sleeve incase things go hay wire with Mabinogi Heroes Online as Adult. They would have to play out their Dragon's Nest Online card which is age 12+ and above which will reel in more Nexon players than Hangame. How will Hangame play out their Tera Online Card?!

... actually this article u just posted on is old the game has two settings 16+ and 18+ and you can still register for this game if you have a friend with a KSSN 16-19 anything else will require verification |

... Actually, the reasons for the 18+ rating is blood, foul language, nudity...well, not very much nudity...and basically everything that makes an 18+ game an 18+ game. That's quite a pity since I have a few years to go, so it's true that it won't get a lot of players. But, it could be worse; if there was a 30+ rating some raters and critics would have given it just that. |
